We have large capacity cranes available along with other facilities like Automatic CNC cutting Machine, Heavy Duty Rolling machine, Flange machining, Drilling – Both Vertical & Horizontal, all types of welding including SAW with Column & boom, Post Weld Heat Treatment Facility, Basting and Painting Booths, NDT facility etc., which will give us a complete control on the manufacturing process both in terms of Quality and time.

We have the in-hou se capability to carry out the complete Mechanical design & Engineering of the skids comprising of structural, Vessels & Exchangers, Piping Isometrics, Stress Calculations, Surge Analysis, 3D modeling of the skids using PDMS etc.
We have done many skids where Vessels are with ASME – U, U2 stamps and compliance to Pressure Equipment Directive (97/23/EC).
We can handle large skids weighing several hundred metric tons. Since we have the “Hamriyah Port” within 1.5 KMS, from or facility, the large skids can go through the sea directly.

- Designing the package, preparation Drawings, 3D Models.
- Preparation of Data sheets for the vessels, instrumentations, valves, pumps etc.
- Preparation of Fabrication Drawings / Isometric drawings.
- Stress Analysis of Piping & Skids
- Procurement of Materials
- Complete Fabrication of Vessels, skids, interconnecting pipes, Exchangers, Supports, Handrails, Platforms etc.
- Assembly of Valves, Instrumentations, electrical, pumps etc on the skids.
- Welding as per ASME Sec IX using qualified welders
- Hydro test, All other Non Destructive Tests
- Factory Acceptance Test.
- Complete QA/QC Documentation and as-built drawings
- Complete the project Dossier and handing over.
