Most tanks we design are constructed of carbon steel. We also build tanks using alternative materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, 9% nickel or specialty steels to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Piping Project: –
    Tech International FZC provides a comprehensive plan for work site and offsite fabrication of pipe spools, module, super modules, structural steel, conveyors, and equipment will ensure that construction activities are not delayed by fabricated items. Having the ability to self perform most of the most of the fabricated work ensures that overhead costs and delays in the project schedule are eliminated. We provide a single source responsibility for the Just in Time (JIT) delivery of structural steel, pipe spools, and equipment.
    We handle all kinds of metallic piping’s like Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel ( 304, 316 L), Duplex / Super Duplex, Low Alloy etc. We have qualified welders to carry out quality welding of all these metallurgies. Our state-of-the-art facility has specialized equipments, jigs/fixtures for producing the pipe spools in large quantity backed up by Pickling & Passivation, Blasting and Painting Facilities.
    We often handle Piping projects involving about 100,000 – 500,000 inch dia. Shop Fabrication and about 100,000 – 300,000 inch dia. site welds. We have a dedicated team for this kind of projects. Our specialization is for Water Treatment, Desalination, Power, Petrochemicals and other chemical industries.
