Scope
- Mechanical Design of the Exchangers.
- Preparation of Detailed Drawings / Fabrication Drawings.
- Preparation of ITP / WPS / PQR / Weld Map.
- Preparation of various applicable procedures.
- Procurement and complete fabrication including Rolling of Shells and Forming of Dish Ends, Tube Sheet drilling, Trimming, Grooving, Tube Sheet / Support plates drilling.
- Welding and testing as per the codes/customer requirement, including radiography, hydro test, and other NDT.
- Blasting & Painting as per project Specification
- Complete QA/QC Documentation and as-built drawings
- Complete the project Dossier and handing over.
