In most of the cases, the existing fan casing, base frame, bearings are retained as it is.
Reitz fan retrofitting programme is unique in the industry. Existing Fan operating data is measured by our experienced engineers and a new selection of the internals is made for improved fan efficiency with new process parameters. In most of these retrofits, the casing and bearing remain unchanged thus making the impeller retrofit very low cost and efficient.
