Since some time we have been using VAUTID- Wear Plates worked up according to the material with which we obtained remarkable life time prolongations with safe to operate modes of proceedings.

Picture 3 depicts the structure of VAUTID-100 welded by means of the metalarc-process with high concentration of chromium carbides.

When treating abrasive materials as cement, clinkers, quartz powders, iron sinter, glass wool. Etc. the wear and tear happens in a low position and so is independent of the impact angle.
