meTECH wear parts are generated and assembled in this facility, from computer aided designs (CAD). Wear parts are often designed in consultation with maintenance & plant operators to improve performance in actual realistic working conditions.
We study wear on the components & select the right wear resistant materials and consumables. Stocks of various wear resistant steels as - Hardox, Creusabro, Weldox, Cladded Plates & Induction hardened pipes are maintained for easy selection.
Maintenance and Repair Welding consumables from FSH Welding Group (France) and Vautid ( Germany ) are applied for generating, quality wear parts.
The meTECH facilities include inverter's for MIG, TIG & MMA, welding, Plasma Cutting machines, Plate rolling and bending facilities and robust drilling, boring, turning and milling stations for tough wear resistant materials.
